Upon your arrival at the Gondola departure point, you will be met and greeted by your hostess who will escort you to your waiting Gondola. The elegant and distinctive cabin interiors will surround you in comfort and luxury as you sink into plush sheep skin covered seats. The dining table is beautifully appointed and includes table flowers, candle lantern, ice bucket and glasses.
A chilled bottle of Grant Burge sparkling wine will be on ice together with a large box of quality chocolates and a beautiful bouquet of 6 red roses. Once seated, your hostess will happily take several photos for you with your own camera. Your pre-ordered meals will then arrive from the restaurant in a sealed container. Once your main courses and desserts have been placed on your dining table, you will set off on what will be a most Romantic experience.
You will be serenaded by soft romantic music and soothed by the gentle sound of lapping water as you glide smoothly through a wonderland of scenic beauty by day or shimmering lights by night.

Participant Guidelines
Although the Gondolas are in commercial survey to carry up to 6 passengers, all cruises operate on an exclusive charter basis. This means that if you make a booking, you and your partner or friend will be the only ones in the cabin. The gondolier (driver) will be out of sight on the back of the
Gondola behind a fixed soundproof panel which forms the back wall of the luxury cabin.
To ensure that your experience is as enjoyable and as memorable as possible, here are some helpful hints:
* Please be sure to arrive at the Gondola departure point at least 10 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Because all cruises operate on a pre-booked charter basis, late arrival will result in a shortened cruise duration.
* Do remember to bring your camera as your hostess will happily take several photos for you.
* During cooler weather it is advisable to bring a warm jacket or jumper.

This cruise is available daily from 11-00 a.m. as a lunch or evening dinner cruise.
The gondola cruises are extremely popular with locals and visitors and as a result are often fully booked well in advance particularly over weekends and public holidays. It is therefore advisable to book early in order to secure your preferred date and departure time.
Within 48 hours of receipt of your booking request form, Gold Coast Gondolas will contact you in order to confirm the date and departure time of your experience. This verbal confirmation will be followed up by an email confirmation which will include a copy of the special Gondola menu together with a description and map of how to find the Gondola departure point.

Weather Exceptions
The Gondolas incorporate a fixed weatherproof cabin with canvas curtains and clear drop-down panels which can be open or closed to suit prevailing weather conditions. In the event of rain you will stay dry, cozy and warm inside your private cabin. In the unlikely event of extreme weather conditions, your cruise may need to be rescheduled.
